What happened through out 2007 ?

At this moment it is new year eve, but i am still busy looking through the lecture notes and slides trying hard to figure out the difference between class A amplifier, class B amplifier, class C amplifier, class AB amplifier, Darlington amplifier and Feedback pair. Trying to figure how out to find out the input impedance, output impedance, current gain and voltage gain for each kind of amplifier. Why can't they just combine all the types of amplifiers into 1 flexible amplifier where you can adjust the efficiency as you like? haih..ok..i know electronic stuffs are always boring as it is.

Soon 2007 will be history in everyone's life or also known as pathways in this area. As 2008 is coming, many people will start predicting what will happen in this coming year, some will said that election is coming, some will said that the government will increase the petrol's price right after the election, some even will said that the Ministry of Work will increase the toll charges after the election. Hm...election seems like the hot topic for 2008 but anyway since I am still not eligible to vote for anyone or any party in this coming election, so what I concern most is not who will win in the election but what will happen after the election. No matter how, Please do not increase the petrol's price ok? =.=

Well, 2007 is not totally a bad year for me..Although I still end up in Cyberjaya but I did experience a whole lots of new things during the past 12 months...The most remarkable wan I think is still the Pure Sunshine Experience, like the atmosphere inside there so much. But till now I failed to find someone who is willingly to accompany me to go there often , so don;t think will have the chance to go that kind of place again in a short time. >.<

I had also realized that Melaka is better place than Genting, not comparing the places but comparing the people around me, perhaps is because of I only know my colleagues for around like 3 months only, not long enough to build a lifelong friendshp(guess most of them also forget about me already) but also not short enough to have plenty of sweet memory up there. But staying in Melaka for 1 year, I got to see more things that are related to me happen LIVE in front of me. Back in Genting, most of the thing i saw is not related to me, therefore usually I try to make joke of them or discuss with other colleagues about their weird acts. But when things are related to you, you tend to feel more emotional about it and maybe you tend to take serious care of it by helping everyone to solve it. But there are somethings that I believe it is better that I don't know a single thing about it as the truth is ugly and confusing and sometimes I have to admit, Everyone feel hurts.

Well, I had to shift my campus to Cyberjaya on mid-June, had to start a new life with a bunch of strangers as housemates, in a place where the government promised will be well-developed by 2020. Luckily my parents got me a 2nd-car from my aunty's "garage" and i had my transportation facilities secured. Who will care what car is that when it will bring you to anywhere you want anytime right?

Anyway all the Kukup island trip, December's birthday fest, UM Open are not in Cyberjaya. So you all can imagine how is the place huh? If and only if one day you all come Cyberjaya and visit me, I seriously don't mind to show you the whole situation in Cyberjaya. Or else maybe someone will complain that I always talk bad about Cyberjaya, wait till you come here and experience the life here.

But what can i do since i had chosen Cyberjaya as my campus(although I always will have the option to go back to Melaka which I think most probably I won't be taking it.) There is nothing I can do about the development of Cyberjaya besides keep on complaining about it.

Ops, is 7am in the morning already, the sun is rising already. The last sun rise in 2007. Better enjoy it before is too late(erhm....hello..enjoy sun rise alone?)..haha..anyway..got to sleep as well..ciao ~~

29th December

Last year 29th December, Dre had a open house party in his house somewhere near Ujong Pasir. Still remember what happened that night like it just happened yesterday. Dre introduced us Jasmine who was just came back from Australia and we had a great time talking rubbish, drinking bear, eating delicious food prepared by Dre's grandma.

Time really flies, it had been 6 months i left Melaka for Cyberjaya.
2007 had came to an end with lots of up and down.
Hope 2008 will be a better year for me.

Wish i could join you all for this year's open house party(if we are not having finals in 1 week time.)

Received an interesting phone call from this number : +8523101xxxx at 2.35pm. I know it was an international call and i roughly had an idea what it is about already. Anyway, here was the conversation(summarize version) :-

(Phone ringing...)
Me : (Curious but still answered in polite manner) Hello ~~~
Operator : Hi, Good Afternoon, Can you speak Mandarin ?
(Therefore, we continued the conversation in mandarin)
Me : Yes, of course I can.
Operator : That's great, I am calling from Guang Zhou XXX Company and my name is XXX(forgotten the name of the company and that lady). Currently our company is doing a survey and we hope that you can help us with it. Can you?
Me : (wana see what trick are they playing) Well, I think I am ok with it.
Operator : Thanks, first can we know currently what model of hp you're using?
Me : Nokia. (In fact is LG)
Operator : Ok. Then do you plan to change a new hp soon?
Me : No. Not at all. (In fact, I wished to change that LG phone so much.)
Operator : Ok. Thanks for your cooperation. And for your information, tomorrow we are having an exhibition in KL(forget which shopping complex already) and we hope that you can come and join us.
Me : (Laughing inside my heart) Ok. I'll go if I'm free.
Operator : And as a appreciation for your cooperation in our survey, we will be giving out gifts also and we hope you can come and collect it. All you have to do is just tell them your name and your secret code only. And what's your name, Sir?
Me : Lim Ken Joe(dunno how i will thought of this name in such a short time).
Operator : And your age, Mr. Lim?
Me : 22 years old. (wah, now only i know i am so old di. :p)
Operator : Ok, Mr. Lim Ken Joe, here is your secret code, xxxxxxxx.
Me : (not even copying it down). Ok, I got it.
Operator : Well, once again thank you for cooperating in our survey and we hope to see you tomorrow, Mr. Lim ?
Me : (Shaking me head while laughing my ass off) Ok, see you all tomorrow.

After i hung up the phone, the first thing I did is to check my credit, and luckily they didn't deduct my credit. Really stupid useless phone call company. But at least it does cheer me up a little bit while i am terribly bored of digital logic and flip-flops. =.=

Christmas Eve and Christmas Night

Before my parents departed from Shah Alam and went back to Taiping on Christmas Eve, we had breakfast together and while we were on our way back to my aunty's house to get my car,

Mum : When you reached back Cyberjaya will there be anyone else in the house?
Me : I think only Chong King will be around.
Mum : Tonight is Christmas eve wo, how about the rest? when are they coming back?
Me : Some will be back during final exam period while some will be back by 27th. They went back their hometown to celebrate Christmas.
Mum : How come you never thought of coming back Taiping for Christmas wan huh?
Me : *Speechless and Thinking deeply*

Therefore, I celebrated Christmas Eve and Christmas night in Cyberjaya.

Due to some reason, I didn't go to banting for Kim Foong's bbq party during Christmas eve. And due to my ego-ness, I didn't join Chong King and his sister for their Christmas dinner. Some said i shouldn't care that much since I am not celebrating Christmas and perhaps they are right, I really shouldn't mind about it. *Close my eyes and shut my mind and try not to think about it*

Chrismas

Christmas again huh? Seeing Christmas trees everywhere, beautiful decoration on every streets. every shopping malls are playing Christmas songs, Santa Claus everywhere, is kinda see such beautiful things everywhere cause in a Malaysia we can't see this often.

I don't really celebrate Christmas actually, seriously I prefer Happy Chinese New Year than Merry Christmas. As far as i know, some of my friends are busy preparing their Christmas present for their loved one and their family, busy decorating their ever-beauty Christmas tree. Erhm, will Santa Claus coming to Cyberjaya during this Christmas for me?

Today went to IOI mall with my parents and brother, saw some ppl (from the church band i think) singing songs on the stage, watching ppl and couples passing by me, suddenly i feel(or perhaps i should use the word realise) that me myself had become older already, maybe is because of my body-ache(after just 1 tennis match), maybe is because my little cousin is no longer the small little what-also-don't know girl that she used to be anymore, or maybe is because my brother is starting to spend more time in home and internet(i think he might be reading this one,although i don't really like him to read my blog.) Haih, 2008 coming already, next week i will be unofficially 20 years old already. Like what jia xian said "leong zheong zhor lo". What can i do to prevent this from happening? Aging is a good thing ok although is a must in our life.

Anyway, still wana wish everyone that i know Merry Christmas and Have a Happy New Year.

Tennis @ University Malaya

Recently i had really been in busy mode, used 2 days to rush my assignment. Then, went to University Malaya on Friday and Saturday. Participated in the 2007 UM inter-varsity tennis tournament. Held in UM of course, coincidently wei wern and lea kian are part of the working committee (they had a special name for it called runners). Therefore this trip can also considered as a reunion meeting, reunion with MMU Melaka Tennis Team also of course.

Really long time didn't see those from Melaka TC di. Had fun talking about ayam & ah yam & ayam-ness, talking about jonathan's playing style, criticizing those hiao po over-obsessed umpire runners. Pokok said she really feel like slapping them(perhaps she really need to do so). Anyway, nothing much had changed, Patrick is still looked so "yam", Peter still like to tell cold jokes, Neng still like to fart around, Mike is still so bergaya like president. Adeline and Sulynn still look so great. Kui Fang still look so cute. It seems everyone is still in great shape. Hope we all can maintain this great shape for a long time.

Talked to wei wern and lea kian for a while, recently wei wern just broke up with her 1 year plus boyfriend. And now she said she is looking for someone from the court. And she idol-ise an indian player. swt. Don't tell me one day she will be joining the chindian relationship gang huh? Better don't my dear. It doesn't suits your style.

Many people asked me why i still keep on participating in tennis tournaments despite keep on getting knocked out at the early stage. Ya, i know keep on losing against players that are better than you doesn't feel good. But i still enjoy playing and watching tennis. I still enjoy watching people serving aces, hitting forehand and backhand winners, doing nice and neat dropshots, losing their temper by throwing their racquet, cursing and screaming. Haha, got to see a lot of clever and stupid weird acts from the court.

Some said that a person is the most attractive and charming when he or she is concentrating doing something. Well, personally i think it kinda true. When a person is concentrating, neglecting people and things around him, it is like he is the only one in the world. Nobody else around him. He is the sole survivor. Facing challenges of his life. Either do or die. =_= paiseh, too obsessed in I'm Legend already.

The 1st day being a 19th

Starting from 12am, received some birthday wishes from some friends, some long lost friends, glad they still remember. No matter how they all remember it, i still very appreciate it. Those comments in friendster, those offline msg in MSN, those 37 smses(not sure this figure is consider lots or less) that i received during the whole day, the presents that i received. Thanks alot for still remembering me. *making a 90 degree bow* Thanks again !!!

Friday class started at 10am. And as promised in MSN, a friend of mine gave me a morning call at 9.53am. haha. don't really expect she will keep her promise actually. anyway, thanks for keeping the promise. ^_^

The Malaysian Studies class finished 1 hour earlier, loitering at campus area for a while before went back home. Skipped afternoon 2 hours of lecture due to heavy rain. Feel so guilty for skipping the digital logic class after found out that Tay Lea Tian had take over the class. Being a bad boy for skipping lecture class on my birthday.

Evening 7pm, as planned departed to Sunway Piramid to watch the show "I Am Legend". Due to insufficient of car space, i had to drive to Sunway, my very first time driving in kl area, very tension seeing the traffic jam and speeding car. *swt + wtf*

Reached Sunway Piramid in 1 piece, the very 1st thing to do is to decide where to have our dinner. And i had given to authority to make the decision. After staring at the map for quite a long time, finally decided to go to this restaurant.


Sakae Sushi. Yeah, i love japanese restaurant.


We can use the computer to order whatever we want. High Tech huh?

I looked quite enjoy the food but actually i was very very full after finishing the whole thing.


Actually there is this guy celebrating his birthday in the table behind us also, but due to the gender problem, i choose to remain my silence. *evil evil*. Happy birthday to you(whoever you are) too.

After dinner, finally is movie time. 1 of the most anticipated movie in December.

Erhm, the story line was good, the graphic was good. like the character acted by Will Smith. Overall is a nice show. Imagine yourselves staying in a isolated city all Alone(only with a dog) for 3 years. Will you still be so calm to fight against the virus? Personally I don't really think that anyone can make it. Too bad the show had to be end like that. Haih.

After movie went to SK coffee shop to have supper and to discuss about the movie. haha. different ppl different comment, Andrew and Kiew obviously don't like the show that much. Anyway, reached home around 2am and slept at 3am. Tired after 1 very entertaining and busy day.

The last day of being a 18th

Went out with a bunch of friends to South City Plaza in Seri Kembangan town center. Plan to have dinner in Wong Kok Restaurant since they will be providing 1 big glass of Teh Ais to every birhtday customer. But my birthday is on the next day(friday not thursday) wo, and due to their stubbornness, we walked out from that shop and went to the next shop to enjoy a better environment. Yin Fung still dare to ask the cake back from the kitchen. *swt and paiseh*

Bye Bye Halo Restaurant. *waving in my heart*

After the meal and celebration in Halo Restaurant, Pei Se, Julian and Wei Luen need to leave us as they are in a hurry back home. While for us, we rush from Seri Kembangan to Puchong IOI mall in 20 minutes time to watch movie --> "The Warlords"

I love to watch chinese movie with history and wars. And this one suits me quite well. Nice story, good lessons to be learned, perfect strategy, evil people manhandling weak or innocent people. 1 more thing, the Taiping they mentioned has nothing to do with my hometown, it refers to the Taiping Revolution in late Qing Dynasty. Haha, this is China History. ^_^

P/s : due to Kim Foong's carelessness and the security guard's brainless instruction, we had to take a cargo lift up to the cinema floor. The biggest lift i had ever seen in my life before with big,medium,small size of cockroaches inside it. Too disgusting to take a photo of it. Eeeww...should i call it nightmare or unforgettable experience? haha...of course i will accept it with smiley faces la since i don't think i will have another opportunity in my life to experience it anymore already... :p

Officially 19th now. Seriously when i was about to make wish before blowing the candles, suddenly my mind become totally empty, totally blank. Can you believe it? I have no idea what wish to make. Anyway, after a long consideration, finally i just made a simple wish, a very very simple wish. Hope it can come true. ^.^

Had a party in my house during Tuesday night, drinking party to be accurate. Invited some friends to join us (ya ya ya...we invited all of them and no ss case ok?). Well, think should cut short the story and let the pictures do the all the talking.
